In 1998, we were highly commended by the FMB for our work converting a former lifeboat station in Balcary, near Auchencairn, into a house. Then in 2012, we were named the Federation of Master Builders’ Master Builder of the Year and Heavenly Builder National Award Winner for our work building a new extension on a 170-year-old property in Dalbeattie to create a breakfast room for the owners who run a bed-and-breakfast business.
